Founded in 2006, HubSpot is an American developer and marketer of software products for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service (Wikipedia, 2024).
Their website is vast yet easy to navigate, particularly through the search tab. The link below is to a general introduction to digital marketing (Alexander L, 2024), but they have blog posts to cover pretty much everything a small business owner might want in terms of marketing, all explained in simple layman’s terms.

Social Media Bios
Your bio matters on social media. It can be the difference between gaining a new follower or not. This article from Hootsuite (a social media management platform that supports the main platforms (Wikipedia, 2024)), is one of the best articles I’ve come across on the topic, with templates that can be followed for each of the main social media platforms (Wong L, 2022).

Using Canva
Canva is a free online graphic design tool that is a game changer for marketers. It can be used to create social media posts, presentations, marketing materials, logos, posters, and even videos.
This video is one I’ve returned to over and over and it’s one I regularly share with participants of my training courses. It’s from Howfinity and takes you through how to use Canva, step by step (Howfinity, 2024)

Apps are becoming part of our daily lives with almost 9 million mobile apps having been developed to date, and 255 billion apps having been downloaded. (Turner A, 2024)
