Founded in 2006, HubSpot is an American developer and marketer of software products for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service (Wikipedia, 2024).
Their website is vast yet easy to navigate, particularly through the search tab. This article from Hootsuite (a social media management platform that supports the main platforms (Wikipedia, 2024)), is one of the best articles I’ve come across on the topic, with templates that can be followed for each of the main social media platforms (Wong L, 2022).
